Good points and you may be right.  In fact, after hearing from some
legal-minded people, I'm thinking that FISA is actually an irrelevant
law.  That is, it's a feel good law that isn't needed by Presidents to
order wiretaps.

I'm hoping this gets straighteneed out fast, and that it becomes
illegal for the President to order this if it's not already.
