a lot of lawyers work on contingency fees. However, this means they won't take the case unles they think they can win big-time. ANd of course you would be increasing the level of litigation in the world. There should be some sort of appeals process. Otherwise, you might want to see if the provider you want to see takes payments. Some do and will also give a discount for cash.
