I finally got my thyroid (synthroid) dosage correct with my doctor. I am
taking B-6, B-12 and a thyroid supplement pill every day for support.

I started back into excercising a minimum of 5 days a week. When I was
in England, I walked/jogged/ran the trails and bridlepaths around where
I stayed almost every day for at least an hour.

Here at home we have a gym, weight machine, treadmill, cardio machine,
stair climber, jump rope, punching bag, etc. So it's easy to stop for an
hour a day and work out. I don't feel good when I DON'T get to the gym.
It really helps me get thru the day. I feel awesome after running 2
miles. I gave it up years ago when I quit the horses ... And I never
should of.

I've always eaten healthy, so the diet hasn't really changed although I
eat wheat and whole grain breads instead of white. Obviously plenty of
water all day, fruits, vegetables, fish.

I still enjoy my beer/jack & cokes and wings at the local bar. I deprive
myself of nothing. I'm not a cake and ice-cream person so I don't really
have any food issues. It's all been about a VERY SLOW to NON EXISTANT
metabolism which I'm finally getting sorted.

Working out with the weights is awesome for me too, as we all know,
muscle burns the calories.

And that's basically it :) Dedication and determination to be healthy.
