Yes, yes, yes... nasal pillows are the way to go.  I have it, and it's the 
best thing ever.  I love my bipap.  I stopped breathing about 400 times per 
night before my mask. I have both central and obstructive sleep apnea. Now I 
sleep soundly through the night and love it.
