I think it would be a good idea to first define what your goals are
for the end of that timeframe, what the company will look like (size,
business operations, customers, employees, etc), and any other
predictions for your company's future positon.  You should be able to
work backwards from there.

The tough part is that in 5 years the internet's going to be a totally
differen place, with differnet tools, capabilities, and direction. 
CF-Community, however, will be exactly the same.
