No, they have filters but not sure their configurations and such.

I think they are talking crap, are they trying to sell you their own
filters?  You need them on all extensions of the line in question to avoid
interference from a telephone screwing up your DSL and you also sometimes
get an audible "click" on an unfiltered phone line, but I can think of no
reason to filter separate lines, do you have your neighbours filter there
lines so as to not interfere with your DSL?
