I believed you, just figured you had a few decisions in mind that you'd 
found to be particularly egregious.

I guess the question i would ask is: Would you expect an administration to 
nominate a judge who has NOT consistently ruled in it's favor? And if not, 
would you ever expect the senate to approve that judge?

I guess this is why it can be dangerous to have both the white house and 
congress in-step with the same party.....effectively flushes that check and 
balance down the toilet.
