not all mold. Some mold saves! Pennicillin for instance. Seriously, black mold has really stirred up a lot of overreaction. It's the same story as everything else. Black mold was around when we were growing up and a lot earlier than that. It's just that the hysteria wasn't there spurred on by prime time live investigations and high dollar insurance claims. Given that, I still wouldn't want to live in a house with black mold, but I've lived in plenty of houses that had regular old mold in them. Basement rooms always seem to have a moldy musty scent to them. Afterall, they're underground!
