Any web ad with sound. Dammit, I don't need someone yelling "Punch the monkey, win a prize!" over top of Vivaldi. Just .... Grah! And it's even worse when the music is off. I'll pop up a new page and all of a sudden, loud noises everywhere! Grah, I say!
