Anybody else following this? This guy kinda scares the crap out of me! Every time he has to rule of personal rights vs government rights he ALWAYS rules for the government.
In one case he ruled that a retarded man that was raped wasn't due his court date due to his lawyer's mistakes. In another case, he ruled in favor of Federal Marshals who were asked to evict an unarmed family that did not resist. Despite this the Federal Marshals entered the house with with guns drawn, forced everyone down, pushed the wife down into a chair 3 times and led them out in handcuffs.
