It's a fun game if you don't get hung up on complaining about what VI
changes in it, and yes it is an online game with a $9.95/month US dollar
fee.

Give it a whirl :p

Everquest is always changing they just released the new expansion pack and
upgraded the graphics. It has now became a pretty high end game so you need
a nice computer to see all the new graphics but you can turn off alot for
slower systems. I am running an AMD Thunderbird 1.0gig with 256meg ram I
almost all of the graphic turned on. The game has 3 view different views
including first person. I have been playing since the first release and have
not seen half of the game. The game performance is wonderful you should
check it out.

True it was bad for a while and I quit playing because of it. It has
gotten a lot better in that respect but still has a way to go in other
areas. I have never tried Ever Quest. How does it compare to Ultima?
