Hmmm "shortchange" huh?  Are you remembering that compensation (incl
benefits) are based on the labor market NOT on gov't regulations?  Or
maybe you'd rather the gov't set compensation?

If were to follow your advice, why not require business to provide
full health care, day care, counseling, gyms, hell, pay for vacations?

Is there any problem someone else's hard earned money can't fix?
