Tonight - work.

Saturday: Gym. Need to run 3 miles to have run 14.5 miles this week.
W00t! Did 5.5 miles today, running the middle 3 miles. 2 of them at 4.5.
Feel great! :D Next week, if I can do 3 miles a day, I'll have 18 miles
done by Saturday. Which means being on target for 25 miles a week by the
end of February is a piece of cake! :D

Then after a nice long hour soak in the jacuzzi tub, I am taking Matt,
Barry and his Dad into Atlanta for some sightseeing. They've never been
and neither have I. Barry and his Dad are from Northern Ireland and
Matt's from England so we'll be doing touristy stuff.

Sunday: FOOTBALL!! FOOTBALL!! FOOTBALL!!! Day off from gym.
