The funny thing is that it's not asking what the girl pictured is, it's asking YOU what you are.
You know it's just a dumb mistake on somebody's part. Probably some exec that wanted a sign-in poll but when asked what it should say was too busy/lazy to actually be bothered to think it through and pushed it off to a developer, probably outsourced considering Mattel, who wasn't going to spend any time doing the exec's thinking for them. Heck, they probably even brought it up with the exec and was given the brush off as being unimportant as the exec had to make his 2:00 martini lunch. But hey, it's a gay conspiracy.
