I still don't see how you can call it subsidizing wal-mart. Does
wal-mart get money directly?

It sounds like you are OK with the government subsiding McDonalds
employees that make the same or less. Or employees of other low paying,
no healthcare jobs that don't happen to have more than 10,000 employees.
