Have you had any problems with low temps and the Santa Fe?

I'd love to put the main unit under the main stairs (which are pretty much
next to the utility room and, sorta, in the basement garage).  It's a
perfect spot: a simple duct can go right into the lower level, the unit
could drain right into the main floor drain and all of the power and other
connectors are there.

My only worry is the temperature - the specs say it requires temps of over
55 degrees (I think that's right) but I'm not sure how cold the basement
garage will get.

It can't get below freezing (the water heater and furnace are down there)
but I think it might get pretty darn chilly.
