Couldn't have happened to a nicer company. They are not really closing so much as their sister company LTD bought out ABC and is merging operations in chicago. But thankfully the scumbags that run the company are out of work but who cares after they bilked millions out of the version scams they were pulling off under the boards nose.
But now the 2 small companies are not about a 1 billion dollar company combined. And they will form voltron.
