I'm talking about our agreement with them....made in 1994 i believe......and 
i'm curious what you've read that makes it seem like a success?!???

Also....we're talking about Clinton...and you bring up how awful Bush is. 
Isn't this what we criticize Sammy about all the time in the other 
direction? :)

In any event, our agreement with North Korea basically gave them a blanket 
of protection under which they could develop their nuclear capabilities 
without so much as a question from the US. You don't see that as an issue? 
Perhaps you are fine with NK having nuclear weapons.

(Actually, I don't really think NK is much of a threat....but Clinton's 
policy toward them didn't work, plain and simple)

Well that's the bugaboo isn't it? As long as NK has China in their corner, 
they'll survive this madness. And I don't see China renouncing this regime 
any time soon.
