I'm talking about our agreement with them....made in 1994 i believe......and i'm curious what you've read that makes it seem like a success?!??? Also....we're talking about Clinton...and you bring up how awful Bush is. Isn't this what we criticize Sammy about all the time in the other direction? :) In any event, our agreement with North Korea basically gave them a blanket of protection under which they could develop their nuclear capabilities without so much as a question from the US. You don't see that as an issue? Perhaps you are fine with NK having nuclear weapons.
