Hey, man, I'm just guessing. I am still overwhelmingly single. The closest thing I have to an anniversary is the day I was forced to go "look at" rings by a girldfriend. The day never goes by without a cold shiver running down my spine.
But, I have seen many friends flayed (my brother-in-law for one) for not knowing and in some way letting "her" know they remember that day. Not that they need to make it a big deal, but heaven help them if they get it wrong when asked by a probing girlfriend of the bride.
