It's wasted on me. Our dept, 5 guys, goes out to eat on Wednesdays for a "department meeting"....pure fluff. Anyway, we go to this place called Toyko One. It's $15/person and it's buffet style. You walk around a large open "kitchen" where the guys are preparing the sushi and grab as much as you want. As far as sushi goes, it's some of the best I've ever had, but I don't eat a lot.
Now that I read that, it does seem kinda odd...sushi buffet.
