Job Title: Sr. Systems Engineer/ColdFusion Programmer Job Location: Department of Education, Washington, D.C
Overview: Abacus Technology Corporation is looking for a Sr. Systems Engineer/ColdFusion Programmer to help provide support on an on-going contract that involves on-site Web support at the Department of Education in Washington, D.C. This contract involves the maintenance of existing systems as well as building new systems, mostly on the Intranet. Qualifications: The Sr. Systems Engineer/ColdFusion Programmer should have 4 to 5 years experience using ColdFusion and SQL Server. The qualified candidate should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, should be able to handle competing priorities, and should have experience working with clients. CMM and 508 accessibility experience is preferred. Experience with ColdFusion MX, Javascript, SQL Server 2000, and DTML. Experience with WML, and Fusebox 4 preferred. U.S. Citizenship or permanent resident is preferred. ED experience would be a further plus.
