Today I did 400 yards with just arms, 200 with just legs (damn that's hard) and 4 X 50 yd sprints. Somehow, that was all a lot harder than the 1000 yds I did on Monday. ;) But, yah, swimming is good.
Of course, the tri that I want to do is the same weekend as cf.Objective. *sigh* But, since that's also the same week I leave for AZ, I think my husband would kill me for even thinking of leaving him with the wee one that weekend. Nope, tain't gonna happen. So, I'll stay here and do the tri. ;) Good job on all your mileage. I wish I had a jacuzzi. Mmmm, hot bubbly water. On 1/26/06, Erika L.
