The have thousands or millions of calls they have to sift through looking for a threat, do you really think they give a shit that you're calling someone to cop an 8-ball? Wouldn't be admissible anyway so what's the point. If you think they're tapping Gore or Deans phone, well that won't happen in this department. It might be happening in a different department that I don't trust but this one is under close scrutiny.
It all goes back to unreasonable searches. If Bin Laden calls you is it unreasonable for the gov to listen in? He's the world's most wanted man.
