I have an mp3 player that uses 2.5" laptop drives and acts like an external usb drive. someone with some knowledge can use a device like that to pop out the laptop drive, attach it to a Linux machine, hack the Windows SAM file and get the local admin password. I imagine the fingerprint stuff is linked to the laptop hardware, I don't think it prevents the SAM file hack.
