Did anyone see the press conference with Bush explaining why he will not support the Louisiana Recover Corporation AKA H.R. 4100? Louisiana needs a plan my ASS! The Baker plan is the best to ensure the proper redevelopment on New Orleans. It also has a mechanism to fund the redevelopment and to ensure the financial stability of the home owners of New Orleans.
