ive not seen one that was CLOSE to right.  in fact, most that we have tried
over count by 3 or 4 times.  but its all relative, so it doesnt
matter. so what if
the trip downstairs took 400 steps.  if it takes 400 to go downstairs,
then you can
say that a walk for a mile might take 200000 steps. big deal, its all relative.
there is nothing exact about the pedometer, its all relative.
