That's it, she/he should fail automatically.

I say this in jest, but really, I'm so sick of interviewing ppl who say 
that they can code by hand, but then you surprise them with a simple 
html test, and they fail because they use a WYSIWYG generator.

I have the same beef with kids who can drive, but can't drive anything 
but an automatic tranny.  WTF?
