That circulation thing was pretty funky....keeping it full of ice water proved to be a damn pain in the ass though. I only used it for a day or so, then let the painkillers do the rest.
That oxy stuff will plug up yer pipes something fierce! Just FYI, after about 3 or 4 days, I got near the same relief from 2 aleve, without the nasty side affects....and it lasted longer.
