Can you show me where in the song or the text the "creator" (an ironic
label) suggests that all Muslims are guilty of this thinking, or that
all Muslims agree that the Koran says what it says?

I think THAT is a leap.

I cannot deny that I believe there are definitely Muslims in the world
that would nod their heads (metaphorically - I understand nodding up
and down does not universally mean yes) to the content of this song.

I do not think that all Muslims would agree with the ideas of the
song, and many who would disagree that the Koran allows or encourages
such things. But that doesn't mean there are others who would agree.

This is no more damaging, hateful or wrong than if I wrote a similar
song about the self-stated beliefs of hard-core Aryan churches, Pat
Robertson, or the Branch Davidians.

I think it does a great job of satiring the beliefs of militant Islam,
and what is better than ridicule for such people?
