That's one thing with kickboxing a lot... you become very flexible and 
understand the benefits of stretching. :)  I don't usually do a lot of 
stretching before getting on the treadmill because it's at the end of my 
workout at the gym --so just a little in the calves, especially.  Afterward 
though I find it nice and relaxing.
