It seems that an artist who drew the cover for a children's book about Islam and Mohammad asked that his name not be released, since the cover included a drawing of Mohammad's face, and he was afraid he would be hurt or killed because of it. Even though the book portrayed Islam and Mohammad in the best possible light.
