I think they can put the sign up here too, but if you are the one to bring the error to their attention and the sign isn't up, they have to sell it to you at the price posted - at least in Georgia. My husband once got a free cell phone because the company had a large sign out front that said "free cell phone", and did not say "with activation"..which what they meant, of course.
