Don't know about Cameron, but I use a Tanita scale that does the little electrical induction scan. It's obviously not dead on perfect, but it's used in doctor's offices so it's not all hokum. And since it's heavily influenced by water retention in the body, I mostly just pay attention to it for trend measurements.
