I hate Vonage.
They said they could transfer my number but couldn't. Meanwhile when I
call someone my old # showed as the caller id.
Took them six months to change my temp number to my perm number. That
day the phone stopped working. After three weeks, 20 emails and many
hours on hold I finally got through.
3 hours and 6 people later they said it must me the router. I get the
new one and send back the old one and they still charge me the $100
for not returning the old one. Then I get a message saying I got a
credit for the returned unit but I'm still out the $100.
Might be many hours of work to get that money back and then I'm switching.
