A lady just called, she says she is having problems with her email...and of course she has been a customer for a billion years and has never had this problem before, and blah blah blah, and so on...
For some reason when she sends messages to people, a little popup keeps coming up that says improperly formatted email address. So I say ok, go ahead and send me an email, and call me back after you do. I'm trying to set a baseline to see what is working and what isn't...she can barely tell me what the problem is. Well all this was really to complex, so she wrote down what to do. She said the steps aloud so I could hear them. I'll just relate the first step she wrote. Old Lady :"Step 1: Hang up with Jon." argh!
