I call shenanigans. It's not exactly what you think it was. Basically, the Gorillaz were computer generated BUT when Madonna was 'interacting' with them, it was not her live. I know it looked live and seeing the 3 guys come off stage enhanced the idea that it was live, but she didn't come off stage or interact with the crowd in any way. She was there and back before being in her own thing. This was not live holographic interaction.
