So I'll skip all of the obvious quips except the oddest one: Cheney Shoots, Questions Asked Later
This is interesting because, for some reason, Cheney's office decided to cover up the shooting. Why? Cheney shoots a dude in the face with a shotgun Sat Morning but doesn't tell the President for 22 hours. According to that doofus press ass clown McClennen, this is because "information was trickling in." Uhhh... A guy is shot, where's the ambiguity? Further, when they release the news, they don't do it via the Whitehouse press office, but via the ranch owner who called a local newspaper! The Vice President shoots a guy in the face and they release the news via a private citizen and the local newspaper?? WTF? I've heard of numerous motives for such idiocy: 1.) Wanted to avoid the Sunday morning talk shows. 2.) Trying to cause a stir to steal the light from other issues such as Katrina. 3.) The VP's office is full of nimrods, morons, and buffoons.
