We're kind of like that.

If you need a holiday to force affection onto you, then you're prolly 
not doing all that well in the first place.

That's why we go out for a bottle of wine and some fun.  Watch the 
50-something couple that is just sitting there, not speaking to one 
another, just out at dinner because Hallmark told them to.  Poor suckas. 
  Maybe we're just a little sick, or too "newlywed" to get it.
