OK, one thing to clarify on this, I'm not intending doing it to make a fortune, take over a market, yadda, it is primarily a service that, hopefully, might be able to cover its costs. The questions of legalities come down to not wanting to have my a$$ets sued off, but on the other hand I think this would be a really beneficial service for people.
