Welp, I replaced the spark plugs, which were dirty, and the airfilter. I also ran some Guaranteed to Pass through the system. I then took it to a mechanic who was recommended to me. He adjusted the ignition timing and set the fuel mixture *up* -- never would have guess that -- but he must have know what he was doing, because it passed after that.
