We use NAV 2000, 2001 and 2002 - it does change the settings for the mail, but that's so it can run it past the NAV system The most annoying thing about 2002 is that pop-up box which takes Focus if you're in Outlook or typing a mail - since I touch-type and don't often look at the screen, I typed about 5 minutes of still while it was sending and didn't realise - I lost 5 minutes of one HUGE descriptive email to a client... Mad?
