SVHS is about 400 so is Hi-8. BTW just got a new VCR delivered yesterday - a JVC S7800 with "SVHS ET" - does SVHS resolution on high-quality regular VHS tapes, not the more expensive hard-to-find SVHS tapes. But the tapes would only play back on JVC-brand VCR's if recorded in that higher quality mode. (Can be turned on and off if you wanted to make tapes to share with others.) Including time-base correction to remove "jitters" it was only $199.

Just curious - you know offhand what SVHS can do? -rc ______________________________________________________________________ Get the mailserver that powers this list at http://www.coolfusion.com Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/index.cfm?sidebar=lists
