OK, so after they used the excuse that they did not deliver to Brooklyn, I ordered DVD media on sale and used a Manhattan address. Again, I ordered only on sale items and ordered over $50 for the free shipping. Their response? Both items have been discontinued. So let me get this straight. The OfficeMax brand 50 pack of DVD-R is not being produced? The OfficeMax brand CD/DVD carrying case is not being produced. I wonder if I'd get real service if I ordered something that wasn't on sale.
