It's just a mishmash of words.
Ashkenaz - Jews from the European areas
Sephardim - Jews from the middle east area
Ultra - a totally BS term labeled on religious Jews to make them less like 
the normal public and more 'extreme'. According to that label, I'm an 
Ultra-Orthodox Jew.
Reform - A very liberal approach to Judaism where it's more of a culture 
than a religion
Conservative - A more liberal approach to the religious aspects of Judaism 
which alters Halacha (Jewish law) to meet what they consider the challenges 
of modern life.
Orthodox - Jews who follow the laws of the religion without altering them to 
make it easier in this modern world.
