Yeah, for me, this just confirms a pattern seen with Iraq or WMD. 
There's the obvious answer: we can't win the peace, or there's no
physical evidence of WMD, or there'd been plenty of warning.

And then there's the spin to cover up a lack of execution: the liberal
media isn't reporting the good stuff, *everybody* thought there was
WMD, Brownie's doing a heck of a job.

Mr. Bush has had an execution problem his whole life: From Yale to the
National Guard to his multiple failed businesses (despite a Harvard
MBA and connections up the wazoo!) to his Presidency.  He seems to
have good ideas, or at least he pushes good ideas, but his execution
is consistently horrible.

Well, I guess he's consistent.
