Congrats - 100 lbs is amazing! I've got a stomach flu - which really sucks since I'm doing the tri on Saturday and I've not kept much of any nutrition actually in my system since Saturday. I did swim yesterday, and then walked (I was supposed to run, but figured a walk carrying my 35 lb child in a back pack would suffice). But, then I ended up paying for it later by spending a good chunk of the night not sleeping. Argh.
But, the gatorade I drank about an hour ago is still in me, so maybe I'll try some actual food. The only good thing is that I'm probably losing some weight, too, eh? ;) On 3/6/06, Erika L.
