I have a LeadTek WinFast TV Deluxe. I like it but I recommend NOT getting it because it only works with the software it came with. If you want to use any of the great 3rd party options like MythTV (free/linux) or SnapStream (commercial with a good following/windows), then you need a card that uses one of the standard supported chipsets.

Analog cable, analog over the air, digital over the air, digital cable, etc. I saw that a tv card that supports CableCard (for digital cable) will be out later this year.
