Well, finally got tired of trying to sleep with the mask. Got tired of my doc being unresponsive in trying to get me a different mask (the nasal pillow mask that has been mentioned here as being more comfortable).
Went to an Ear, Nose, Throat guy. After looking around he gave the chances of a successful surgery (successful being the ability to sleep thru the night) at around 60%. I figure it's worth the gamble right now. A week of pain to free me from the cpap machine is sounding pretty good right about now. I'm still trying with the machine. I go to bed with the mask on...but have yet to wake up with it still on in the morning :\ 90% of the time I don't even remember pulling it off. April 3rd is the surgery date. I'll post back as to whether or not it resolves any of the apnea issues. -- Charlie Griefer ================================================ "...All the world shall be your enemy, Prince with a Thousand Enemies, and whenever they catch you, they will kill you.
