"going well" is a judgement call. Are things better than when Saddam was in charge? If you are a Sunni Iraqi, odds are your answer is no. Otherwise, odds are your answer is yes. By things being better I mean your odds of being pulled off the street at random and raped, tortured and killed are lower if you are a Shiite or Kurd, and higher (quite unfortunately, but payback is a bitch) if you are a Sunni.
