It's an indoor triathlon - 1/4 mile swim, 5 mile bike, 2 mile run. I'm
fairly confident this morning that I'll at least be able to do the 1st two,
and if I have to walk the run (it was actually advertised as a run/walk) so
be it. Though, I'm sure I'll actually be horribly disappointed if I can't
run the whole thing. I ate a cup of chicken soup for lunch yesterday and a
salad with chicken and hard-boiled egg and chevre last night. Tonight is
pancakes for dinner to carb up. I think I'll be okay for this thing. I ran
20 minutes (just over 2 miles) yesterday and while it didn't feel great, it
also didn't kill me. I think I might just do some walking/stretching today
instead of the swim that I was going to do and just hope for the best
tomorrow.
